Shipping and Returns

Most items in our online store are downloadable and do not require shipping. All other items are shipped within three business days of the order via FedEx using 2 day delivery. If you wish to make other arrangements please contact us, or note this in the instructions when placing your order.

Return Policy

Returns Policy

1. You may return any damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped item within 30 days by way of the U.S. Postal Service and we will ship a replacement and reimburse you for postage.

2. Any item with which you are not satisfied (not as expected, arrived too late, etc.), if returned within 30 days and received back by us in salable condition, will be issued an exchange or refund for the merchandise cost only.

3. Any return not complying with the above policy will be subject to a significant restocking fee at our discretion.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for a return to be received and processed. If you are expecting a return shipment, please allow an additional week.
