Worship Discovery
Discovery will help you see your worship experience with “fresh eyes” finding areas of Connection to God along with potential areas of Disconnect. LCC can give your team an experienced perspective on your worship experience. We will review past services and visit on a weekend. Then, using the latest techniques and honoring the style and culture at your church, LCC will work with you to develop creative ideas to enhance the worship experience.
Worship Next Level
LCC will work with your leadership in the design and implementation of solutions to improve areas of disconnect in your worship experience. Identifying areas of improvement is the first step. LCC will assist you in making the right adjustments in the right order at the right time producing positive results with your staff and volunteers. Worship will experience marked improvements.
Worship Systems
Worship Systems are the backbone of your ministry. It is your procedures, practices and organization that produces the results of your ministry. Working closely with your worship leadership, LCC will analyze your worship systems and make recommendations for improvements.
SOS Training
Your worship staff and volunteer base should be empowered and equipped to offer their very best. Sending staff and volunteers to conferences and workshops can be expensive. LCC will work with worship staff in crafting local SOS (Sharpening Our Skills) workshops. By using regional experts in the areas of Band, Vocal, Audio and Video, SOS workshops are organized and offered to your staff and volunteers. By investing into your teams, they will improve their offering to worship and sense your appreciation for their commitment.
New Worship Experience Launch
Introducing a new style of worship to your congregation is a complex and potentially dangerous undertaking. Done right, a new worship experience can be the catalyst for impacting your community connecting new cultures to God through worship. LCC can help you navigate your efforts in the following areas:
* Establish Worship Style based on community/culture (Modern Band CCM, Modern Edge, Hillsong, Hillsong United, Post-Modern, ect.)
* Creation of Repetoire (Song List) based on style and what is working among other similar churches
* Establish Band & BGV (Background Vocalist) systems including recruitment, requirements, auditions, spiritual growth
* Develop short, mid and long-range technical needs for service
* Internal Marketing plan of new service to existing members including smart verbage on all communications and project management of entire process
* External Marketing plan of new service to guests and community
* Update Worship Systems to support and grow new service
