Ted has equipped some of America’s most recognized churches and businesses to achieve maximum impact.  He is an author and conference speaker on topics including strategic planning, change management, and leadership development.  He has taught, trained, and coached thousands.  In addition, he has designed and implemented dozens of research initiatives to diagnose organizational effectiveness issues and improve employee satisfaction, each time delivering actionable recommendations that produce results. 

Previously, Ted served as Groups Strategy Pastor at The Village Church where he led efforts to improve ministry effectiveness and process efficiency in the midst of rapid growth.

Ted is a licensed church consultant through the Society for Church Consulting, and a certified Table Carpenter through the Table Project (http://www.tableproject.org), helping churches integrate social media into their ministry strategy.
