Ted has over 10 years of professional experience in management consulting, vocational ministry, and telecommunications.  Most recently, Ted served as Groups Strategy Pastor at The Village Church, where he led efforts to improve ministry effectiveness and process efficiency in the midst of rapid growth.  As a management consultant, Ted has helped organizations from Fortune 10 corporations to startups and non-profits define strategy and meet their objectives using Balanced Scorecard and continuous improvement methodologies.

Ted’s abilities are a rare blend of ministry practice and strategic planning.  He is passionate about building systems and structures that enable every church “to equip the saints for the work of ministry.”
